Hosting.com and Coyote Point Systems Become Partners

Hosting.com, a provider of cloud hosting and recovery services, has entered a partnership agreement with Coyote Point Systems, Inc., a provider of load balancing products which ensures cost-effectiveness, secured and reliable traffic management solutions.

Coyote’s Dedicated Load Balancing solution dynamically distributes traffic across the Web servers, improving the uptime of client applications and websites. These ensure increase in Web traffic and are perfect for customers who have multiple Web servers. The solutions are used by various Hosting.com (News - Alert) cloud, dedicated and colocation customers for improved application response time and uptime.

"Ensuring the uptime and availability of client applications and web assets is critical to Hosting.com's current and continued success; offering Coyote Point's dedicated load balancers allows us to bring a secure, cost-effective solution to a broader set of customers,” said Gabe Grice, Hosting.com product manager, in a press release. “A specific cost cutting measure is that clients can offload SSL certificates directly to the Equalizer; thus, reducing the processing power needed to support the certificates directly on a customer's server."

A major beneficiary of Coyote’s load balancing solutions is Natural Insight, a SaaS (News - Alert) task management solution for merchandisers and retailers. After implementing these load balancing solutions, Natural Insights have doubled the Web traffic.
