Neustar's Hosted Cloud Services: Simplified Connections to Mobile Service Providers

As a provider of market-leading, innovative solutions and directory services, Neustar will deploys its Neustar intelligent Cloud Service that provide content providers, application developers, solution providers, and mobile operators with a single, secure and simplified connection point. The Neustar Intelligent Cloud hosted service will not only streamline communications, network features, and billing across operators, but will also allow network scaling with reduced time-based message delivery complexity.

By collaborating with operators, Neustar will deploy a “Web 2.0-like” solution that allows secure publication of standard application programming interfaces (APIs) and other information to the mobile cloud. As a OneAPI (News - Alert) compliant service, the Neustar Intelligent Cloud will include functionalities such as Discovery and Mobile Intelligence Services; Cross-Operator Services; Privacy Management and Neustar Value-Added Services. Providing enriched and personalized mobile services, the hosted solution includes seamless integration of location, presence and other network intelligence information. While Cross-Operator Services includes delivery of SMS and MMS messaging, flexible billing and payment options, Privacy Management service ensures  regulatory compliance by managing customer opt-in, location privacy notice and other necessary tools. Neustar Value-Added Services ensures integration with other Neustar services such as digital advertising, short-code campaign management, and others.
