DNS: New Model for Digital Marketing Introduced by Netstarter

With the right partner, entrepreneurs can strike gold. This has been proven by the award-winning digital agency in Australia, Netstarter, which is changing the way digital marketing is delivered to clients.

A fresh and exciting business model was tried by Netstarter over the past two years. After collaborating with clients, Netstarter would become their internal digital department. The client was required to give a percentage of all revenue generated through the website produced to Netstarter. A specialist group of their staff, also including a Netstarter director, was then assigned by Netstarter to each project.

As all of Netstarter’s resources, assets and services are at the client’s disposal, the clients benefit immensely. Netstarter’s remuneration is directly tied into performance. Netstarter enables clients to spend more on advertising and publication costs, by accepting the majority of risks. Clients are therefore able to reallocate their funds toward media purchases and marketing.

Clients are able to focus their resources on more operational aspects of the business with this new model. The objectives of both parties are aligned by Netstarter to create a dynamic partnership. This is in complete contrast to the traditional fee-for-service model used by other agencies.

In a release, Justin Milwidsky, director of Netstarter, said, “We treat our client’s business as if it were our own and leverage all of our resources and expertise into delivering a world class solution.”

Netstarter has vast knowledge and experience in the online sector. This can be beneficial to businesses of all sizes. Some of the success stories of Netstarter include the company’s association with OurExplorer and Shoesuperstore.

In a release, Milwidsky said, "Poor planning, the wrong agent and insufficient due diligence can often lead to an expensive nightmare. The benefit of a joint venture relationship with Netstarter is goal congruency.”
