DNS - Gossimer Offering Discounted Web Hosting, DNS Registration

Gossimer, a company offering Web hosting and DNS registration, will lower the price of both its Linux and Windows Web hosting accounts this holiday season.

Officials with Gossimer said in a press release that the average price of all the Web hosting accounts has been lowered to meet the expectations of every webmaster this Christmas.

“We wanted our customers to feel special, so we have decided to offer them a special price on a Web hosting purchase. This will help them save some money. We are offering this special gift for a limited period of time,” said Marvin Dreyer, CEO of Gossimer, in a statement. “This is our way to say Santa has visited them.”

This holiday season promotional plans are available in both Linux and Windows hosting, said officials. The special price for its Chick Hosting Plan will be $2.79 per month if the product is purchased for five years, and the price will be $2.99 per month if it is purchased for one year.

In addition, the prices for Fledgling Hosting Plan, Emperor Hosting Plan, and Ultimate Hosting Plan have also been lowered to $3.49 per month, $4 per month, and $6.99 per month, respectively.

Gossimer also announced that it has increased its server’s security in order to protect Web hosting accounts from any possible attack. In this regard, the company has installed an elaborated seven-layer security system to secure its data center, network, host, software, application, personal, and audit processes from any malicious attack.

Officials with Gossimer said that by installing the seven-layer security system, the company is advancing its promise of safe, stable, and steady delivery, which are the 3S principles of Web hosting.

Apart from Web hosting, Gossimer also offers e-mail hosting and domain registration services from New Jersey.

In July, Gossimer had announced a special promotion on .COM, .Net, .Biz or .Org domain transfers. Under this promotional offer, all the .COM, .Net, .Biz and .Org domains that are shifted to Gossimer from outside will be priced at $8.59 per year. This promotion was applicable for all .COM, .Net, .Biz and .Org domains.
